Apartment information changes frequently. This policy explains how building data should be labeled and what renters should verify before applying.
Verified information
Information may be identified as verified when it has been reviewed against a current property source or direct property communication. A verification date describes when the review occurred; it does not guarantee that the information remains unchanged afterward.
Estimated pricing
Estimated rent is a research aid rather than a live offer. It may be based on market information, prior data, or representative ranges and must be labeled clearly. Estimated pricing should not be included in Offer structured data as though it were current inventory.
Fees and total monthly cost
Base rent may exclude parking, utilities, pet charges, package services, trash, pest control, amenity fees, insurance, taxes, deposits, and other charges. Renters should request a written fee sheet and calculate the complete monthly and move-in cost for the exact unit and lease term.
Availability and concessions
Availability and promotions can change without notice and may apply only to selected units, move-in dates, lease terms, or qualified applicants. Confirm the exact unit, price, availability date, lease term, payment schedule, and concession in writing before applying.
Photos and floor plans
Property-specific photographs and floor plans should be licensed or authorized. Representative images must be labeled and should not be interpreted as depicting a particular unit or amenity. Dimensions and layouts should be confirmed with the property.
